· Chicken Zucchini Casserole – cubed chicken and diced zucchini mixed with stuffing, carrots and onion and baked

· Roasted Beef Tenderloin – beef tenderloin served with marinade

 

Choose between the following side dishes

 

· Garlic Potatoes-potato wedges seasoned with garlic and baked in butter

· Scalloped Corn-creamy corn bake

· Monterey Jack Corn Bake – corn baked with sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese mixture

· Green Bean Bake-green beans baked in cream of mushroom soup topped with bacon and French onions

· Baked Beans-beans baked in a sauce for a delicious taste

· Cauliflower, Broccoli and Rice Bake-mixed with cheese and baked

· Escalloped Carrots – carrots baked in a white sauce mixture and topped with cracker crumbs

· Macaroni Garden Salad – macaroni mixed with cucumber, pepper, tomato and a dressing
